Country Line Dancing


Join Boots & Nancy Sims learning step-by-step instructions to 20 line dances. Burn calories while dancing to your favorite music and have loads of fun, too! Step sheets and a video will be included each week. Ages 12 and up.

Early Morning Boot Camp (Functional Training)


In this 45-minute high-intensity interval training workout, anything goes! Team drills, circuits, partner training, challenges, games and friendly competition - prepare to see any combination of these elements of group-based training to drive up your heart rate with planned rest periods. Expect to move safely, have fun, accelerate results and get the ultimate in motivation!

Olympic Lifting 101


Learn the basic technique and progressions for Olympic-style weightlifting, including the clean and jerk, snatch and compound accessory lifts. Led by certified trainer and experienced weight lifter, Brianna Baker.

Pickleball is a combination of tennis, badminton and ping-pong all at the same time. The game is so much fun and we have the equipment to get you started. Beginners to advanced players are welcome.

Silver Sneaker Circuit


Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball is alternated with low-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is used for standing support, stretching and relaxation exercises.

SilverSneaker Classic


Have fun & move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneaker ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

SilverSneaker YogaStretch


YogaStretch will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

Activate your aqua urge for variety! SilverSplash offers lots of fun shallow-water moves to improve agility, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. No swimming ability is required, and a special SilverSneakers kick-board is used to develop strength, balance and coordination.

Women's Hour of Power


This unique program offers six weeks of strength training in a females- only atmosphere. Led by certified personal trainer Tracey Watson, this program will engage all muscle groups for that total body workout.

Women's Self Defense


Learn to defend yourself in our four-week program with simple, powerful and effective self-defense techniques. Classes combine hands-on self-defense training with fast-paced fitness drills. Build confidence and strengthen your body in a fun and safe environment. This is a hands-on, physically challenging and rewarding class! For ages 16 & up.
