RENTAL INFORMATIONThe
Ephrata Recreation Center is available for use by local youth groups, school
groups, civic organizations, and families and friends.
- Rent our spacious assembly room with adjoining fully furnished kitchen
for your next party, wedding reception or social event!
- Have a birthday party for your child that will have all the kids
talking! Party packages include a party room and use of many of our
facilities including the pool and gymnasium.
- Treat your youth group to a night they'll never forget by renting the
entire facility for an overnight "lock-in" party!
The Ephrata Recreation Center's facilities can be rented ONLY during
weekend hours. Dates and times are subject to availability. Please plan
ahead… especially during the fall and winter months. Prices vary depending
on the type of facility to be rented and the number of hours needed.

Birthday Party Description:
Why not have your child's next birthday party at the Ephrata Recreation
Center? Parties can be scheduled on Friday evenings, Saturday afternoons and
evenings, and Sunday afternoons. The following is a brief description of
what each great party would include:
 Party Package #1 - For those kids in 3rd-5th grade
Length of party - 2 hours
Maximum # of participants -- 15
Includes a party room with adjoining fully furnished kitchen
Includes use of the pool, gymnasium and game room
Cost -- $100/member or $125/nonmember
Party Package #2 - For those students in 6th-12th grade
Length of party - 3 hours
Maximum # of participants - 25
Includes a party room with adjoining fully furnished kitchen
Includes use of the pool, gymnasium, and game room
Added bonus - use of one racquetball court
Cost -- $140/member or $165/nonmember
Lock-in Descriptions:
Would you like to have the entire Ephrata Recreation Center open to cater to
just your large group? Why not consider renting the facility after hours?
"Lock-in" Parties can be reserved on weekend nights after 10pm and on
Sundays after 6pm. A variety of different party packages are available.
Choose from the use of the pool, gymnasium, game room, racquetball courts,
assembly room, or any combination of facilities. Prices vary based on the
types of facilities and the length of time needed.
