Group Cycling class that incorporates strength training with your ride. Work through intervals that include cycling, tubes, hand weights and glide discs.

Group Cycling Class

 

A group cycling class will take you on a journey towards a great cardio workout. Whether it's setting your pace to the beat of the music, climbing mountains, chasing the pack, or rolling over hills, this ride will be a super calorie burner! The class will begin with a 5 minute warm up, roll into a 30 minute ride choosing your own intensity by using the resistance knob, ending with a 10 minute cool down and stretch. Enjoy the ride. Adults only. Discount for Unlimited Aerobics participants and for taking 2 classes per week. If you are only taking one class, please select "Only Taking 1 Class" from the 2nd drop down box.

Power Hour

 

This new class is an intense 1 hour heart pumping, calorie burning ride. Climb, sprint and sweat to great music with our specially trained instructors. For advanced spinners.

S.T.A.R. Treatment

 

At the Rec everyone is a S.T.A.R. Especially in this new class that combines spinning, toning, abs, and relaxation for a complete, out of this world workout. Forty minutes of calorie burning cycling, 20 minutes of body toning, 15 minutes of ab work and 15 minutes of relaxing Yoga stretching will have participants ready to walk the red carpet.

Yoga Ride

 

A blend of 30 calorie burning minutes on the bike and 30 flexibility increasing, stress reducing minutes off the bike. A perfect cross training class and great addition to the Rec's group cycling line-up. Adults only.
