Fitness Classes

BodyPump - the original LES MILLS barbell class, will sculpt, tone, and strengthen your entire body using THE REP EFFECT a breakthrough in resistance training focusing on low weight and high repetition. The cutting-edge BODYPUMP choreography, and chart-topping music is refreshed every 3 months, so with your choice of weight and highly trained instructors you can get the group effect and the results you have been looking for.

Cardio/Tone – A creative blend of cardio and strength training for a total body workout.

LesMills CXWORX - dynamic training based on scientific research that hones in on your abs, glutes, back & obliques. The ultimate way to get a tight & toned core leaving you looking good & feeling strong.

LESMILLS BODYCOMBAT - A high intensity mixed martial arts inspired cardio class. You will strike, punch, kick , and kata your way to looking ripped and maximize your calorie burn during and after your workout

Pilates – Pilates is the ultimate workout for long lean muscles, strong abs and a reshaped body. With proper form and breathing techniques, Pilates will train the body and mind together helping muscles perform more effectively and efficiently.

Step – an intensive hour long class of aerobic exercise using the step bench. Class includes a warm-up, a fat burn-ing aerobic segment, cool-down and abdominal exercises.

Tighten n Tone – body sculpting classics like lunges, squats and push-ups are combined with the latest in core conditioning for a great total body workout using weights, dyna-bands, tubes and fit balls.

XTrain - Low impact, high energy! 30 or 45 minute cardio-based workout that will dirve your heartrate without pounding your joints. Suitable for all fitness levels and ages. Workout smarter. Get fitter quicker.

Zumba - Exotic and energizing, Zumba is an exercise class like no other, inspired by hot Latin music and dance movements. Zumba combines fast and slow rhythms that sculpt the body, achieving a unique blended bal-ance of cardio and muscle toning benefits. Zumba is easily mastered by participants of all fitness levels.

Gentle Yoga - Learn the fundamental concepts of both hath and restorative yoga at a slower pace, while practicing breathing techniques and safe alignment. Suitable for all ages, needs and levels.

Hatha Yoga - is a journey into self-awareness using basic Yoga postures to stretch and strenghen as well as relax and reduce the effects of stress on the body. The gentle, easy to follow exercise incorporates breathing and relaxation techniques designed to increase flexibility and improve balance. This class is appropriate for those new to Yoga.

Group Cycling Classes

Group Cycling - will take you on a journey towards a great cardio workout. Whether it's setting your pace to the beat of the music, climbing mountains, chasing the pack or rolling over hills, this ride will be a super calorie burner! The class will begin with a 5 minute warm-up, roll into a 30 minute ride choosing your own intensity by using the resistance knob and ending with 10 minutes of cool-down and stretch.

Cycle/Sculpt - incorporates strength training with your ride. Work through intervals that include cycling, tubes, hand weights and glide discs for a total body workout.

Yoga Ride - is a blend of 30 calorie burning minutes on the bike and 30 flexibility increasing, stress reducing minutes off the bike. A perfect cross training class and great addition to our GC line-up!

Les Mills Sprint - Les Mills' Sprint is High Intensity Interval Training on the bike. This 30-minute class drives your body to burn calories for hours after the workout. You combine bursts of intensity where you work as hard as possible with short periods of rest to prepare you for the next effort.

Aquatic Classes

Deep Water - will increase cardiovascular fitness and muscle tone with no impact on your joints. Aqua jogging belts keep you suspended in deep water while exercising and having FUN!

Aqua Zumba - Salsa, meringue and mambo your way through the water. We bring the Zumba fitness party into the pool!

Aqua Cardio - A medium impact cardio workout to improve endurance and increase muscle tone.

Tabata - H2O Style - High Intensity Interval Training in a specific 20 seconds on, 10 seconds rest format . Sure to make you sweat without the stress on your joints!

H2O Circuit Combo - This class combines deep and shallow waters to take aqua stations to the next level giving a full workout while concentrating on muscle groups for timed intervals.

H2O Boot Camp - Strength & endurance training to give you an excellent workout to meet your max and have fun. Adding water resistance tools increases intensity of workout.

SilverSneaker Classes

Classic - Have fun & move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement & activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, & a Silver Sneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Yoga - will move your whole body through a complete series of seated & standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance & range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises & final relaxation will promote stress reduction & mental clarity.

SilverSplash - offers lots of fun shallow water moves to improve agility, flexibility & cardiovascular endurance. No swimming ability is required & a special Silver Sneakers kickboard is used to develop strength, balance & coordination.

Circuit - Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball is alternated with low-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is used for standing support, stretching, and re-laxation exercises.

Early Morning Boot Camp (Functional Training) - In this 45-minute high-intensity interval training workout, anything goes! Team drills, circuits, partner training, challenges, games and friendly competition - prepare to see any combination of these elements of group-based training to drive up your heart rate with planned rest periods. Expect to move safely, have fun, accelerate results and get the ultimate in motivation!
