Les Mills Sprint

 

Les Mills' Sprint is High Intensity Interval Training on the bike. This 30-minute class drives your body to burn calories for hours after the workout. You combine bursts of intensity where you work as hard as possible with short periods of rest to prepare you for the next effort.
