Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga is a journey into self-awareness using basic Yoga postures to stretch and strengthen as well as relax and reduce the effects of stress on the body. This gentle, easy to follow exercise incorporates breathing exercises and relaxation techniques designed to increase flexibility and improve balance. This class is appropriate for those new to Yoga. Adults only.

Mommy & Me Yoga
Mommy & Me Yoga Whether you are 6 months or 66 years Yoga is good for you. Tuesdays infant class will include gentle strengthening exercises to tone and relax mom along with strengthening the physical and emotional bond between mother and child. Class will also include gentle stretches for everyone. The Thursday tot class will feature postures for kids and parents in a child friendly atmosphere that will improve strength, balance and self-awareness. Mat time and structured themes promote bonding for mom and child.

Relax & Restore
R & R is specially designed to help individuals suffering from arthritis, lupus, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, depression, anxiety or injury. Class will help restore your body to a healthier state and decrease the negative effects of stress. The Yoga based exercises are gentle and include light stretching, breathing techniques and relaxation. Adults only.
