RACQUETBALL The Rec has
three
racquetball courts for singles, doubles, and cutthroat play. Two courts are
equipped for walleyball.
Different league and challenge ladder play is offered throughout the year.
Members may reserve two courts for up to two hours at a time, for up to 1
week in advance. Nonmembers may not make court reservations in advance.
Racquets are available at no extra charge.
 Fees & Procedures
Hourly Court Fee: $5 per hour per court. This fee is applicable
during all times of operation.
- Courts sold in one (1) hour increments
- Non-members must pay "Visitor Fee" plus court Fee
- Members in grades 6 to 12 may play at no cost provided courts are
available.
Court Contract Fees: $65 for a court for 13 weeks. A contract
guarantees a court for the same day and time over the length of the
contract.
- Contracts sold in one (1) hour increments
- Two (2) make-ups are allowed over the length of the contract.
- Contract Examples:
The 13-week periods will coincide with the Rec's 13-week program cycle.
This schedule is roughly the first full week in October to the end of
the year, first full week in January to first week in April, second week
in April to first week in July, second week in July to last week in
September.
- We will sell up to two contracted courts per hour.
- One court will be open for general reservation.
- Contracted courts will be highlighted yellow in the reservation
book.
Unlimited Racquetball Play Pass Fee: $240 per year per member
(not memberships)
- Will be pro-rated at $20 per month to correspond to the member's
membership anniversary date.
- This program is sold as an annual package to membership
anniversary date.
- This program will not be a monthly pick and choose.
- Unlimited play will have to reserve court and check in as any
other player.
- Unlimited Racquetball Play Pass courts will be highlighted pink in
the reservation book.
- Court Fee Scenarios:
- Two or more Unlimited Racquetball Play Pass Only: No Fee
- One Unlimited Racquetball Play Pass and One or More Players:
$2.50 per/Ct.
Reservations: Reservations will be made at Rec's Front Desk
- Members will be allowed to reserve a court up to 1 week in
advance.
- Reservations will include player's name and phone number.
- Unlimited Racquetball Play Pass and General Membership
reservation limit: one (1) court for up to two (2) hours at a time.
- Students playing at no cost will not be allowed to reserve
courts.
Payment:
- Court fees are due before playing.
- Fees will be paid at the Front Desk.
- Only complete fees will be accepted.
Cancellation:
- Court reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hrs in
advance to avoid court charges.
