Relax & Restore - is specifically designed to help those suffering from arthritis, Lupus. fibromyalgia, chronic fatique, depression, anxiety or injury. R&R will help restore your body to a healthier state and decrease the negative effects of stress. Yoga based exercises are gentle and include light stretching, breathing and relaxation.
Hata Yoga - is a journey into self-awareness using basic Yoga postures to stretch and strenghen as well as relax and reduce the effects of stress on the body. The gentle, easy to follow exercise incorporates breathing and relaxation techniques designed to increase flexibility and improve balance. This class is appropriate for those new to Yoga.
