Fitness Programs

Both the Forever Fit and Silver&Fit programs are offered at the Ephrata Rec Center. These programs are a fully funded benefit to those eligible for Medicare, with specific types of supplement insurances, allowing them to enjoy a FREE membership at the Ephrata Rec Center.
