Navigate through super charged stations for an all new strength and cardio experience with an emphasis on core and glute training. Glide discs, fitballs and other fitness toys will keep each class fresh and motivating.

Dance Xplosion

Dance Xplosion

 

Blast into Dance Xplosion and have so much fun it won't seem like exercise. DX is hip hop choreographed to the hottest music. This cardio class includes a warm-up stretch, dancin', dancin', dancin', and cool down followed by a short ab workout. Each class will build on the previous week's choreography.

Early Morning Boot Camp

 

Fall in, chest out, eyes straight ahead. OK, at ease. Listen up you grunts, Rec drill sergeant (certified trainer Tyler Trettin) will motivate you to achieve optimal fitness results with a total body workout through agilities, resistance training and cardio challenges. Enlistees of all fitness levels can get a great jump on their day in this new class.

A low intensity exercise class for the beginner, senior, or individuals with physical restrictions or limitations. The primary goals of this class are to increase strength, create greater range of motion in joints, enhance balance, and improve flexibility. Adults only.

Pilates is the ultimate workout for long lean muscles, strong abs and a reshaped body. Resolution Solution

 

Let the Rec help you stick to that New Years Resolution (the one to get healthy, not the one to never make another resolution!) Lose stubborn body fat in this 8 week physique transformation program. Small group training in a fun and challenging atmosphere will help participants achieve their goal of dropping weight after the holiday grazing season. Groups will meet one time each week.

S.T.A.R. Treatment

 

At the Rec everyone is a S.T.A.R. Especially in this new class that combines spinning, toning, abs, and relaxation for a complete, out of this world workout. Forty minutes of calorie burning cycling, 20 minutes of body toning, 15 minutes of ab work and 15 minutes of relaxing Yoga stretching will have participants ready to walk the red carpet.
