Dance Xplosion

Blast into Dance Xplosion and have so much fun it won't seem like exercise. DX is hip hop choreographed to the hottest music. This cardio class includes a warm-up stretch, dancin', dancin', dancin', and cool down followed by a short ab workout. Each class will build on the previous week's choreography. Drop 10

 

Has the snow and cold been a little rough on you? Days hibernating added a few? Try drop 10 and lose 10 in 10 weeks. Certified trainer Patti Seitz leads this small group session with plenty of cardio, weight training and core conditioning. Just in time for warm weather. Group Cycling Class

Group Cycling Class

 

The group cycling class will take you journey towards an extreme cardio workout. Whether it's setting your pace to the beat of the music or climbing mountains, chasing the pack, rolling over hills, this ride will be a super calorie burner! This class will begin with a 5 minute warm up, 30 minute ride choosing your own intensity by using the resistance knob, ending with a 10 minute cool down and stretch. Enjoy the ride. Adults only. Treadmill Trek

Bored with that monotonous pounding on the treadmill? Try Treadmill Trek, a 45 minute group cardio adventure led by a member of the Rec's fitness staff. For all fitness levels, TT is interval training that can be done walking, jogging or running. Concepts and routines used in class can also be incorporated in your solo visits to the Rec's cardio studio.
